Am working as a freelancer so the salary i got according to my input is justified...

Dislikes

If u r working as a freelancer they will not consider u as a employee even no direct contact were given to you in case of emergency... U can only contact through email this is the worst thing... Second thing at the early stage they will give u the nice incentive but after some time they will raise the level so high that u can barely able to get incentives... And even after being q freelancer u r taking leave and not informing them they'll disable ur id and won't reply to ur mail..

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Having only one issue very dirty office politics on management level everything is just awesome

If you joining in less salary as per company privious policy if company doing changes in salary structure so will always be in less salary

Nothing it's have poisoning work culture.salary on time but staff behaviour so pathatic no development in skills only time wasting organization

Pathatic behaviour. Mr Nitin Jaswal so pathatic manager don't go on that team. No skill development only work pressure beyond pressure cooker No job security any time they will fire. 0 promotion Rude behaviour of every one so if want join this company after resignation you will become BP patient in few days

On time salary, good incentive plans, 5 days working policy helpful in maintaining work life balance.

Dislikes

Favouritism by management, things on the floor are different then told during hiring and training due to bad people in management. Few managers are not capable enough to lead a team bcause of lack of skills.
