A great company to work at with such amazing leadership in charge. One gets equal amount of opportunities and exposure. Work life balance is good and the employee engagement sessions are much appreciated. They conduct rewards and recognition as well which is a good boost to everybody’s morale. Ample amount of products and teams to work with.

...duct your salary. You have to login on time but there in no limit of login hours. There is salary deduction in if u take an unapproved leave even if u are ill. This is a totally target base job if target is not fulfilled they deduct your salary. There is no lunch or tea break. And specially the managers behave very rudely with staff even with Team leaders on google meet. They dont even have professionalism at all.

...eers. A lot of support is available for any challenges which employees may face. HR practices and salary disbursement are strongly institutionalised. A lot of focus is made on personal growth and individual contribution. A lot of autonomy and ownership is provided. Accountability at all levels is maintained, and employees are rewarded for hard work and results achieved. Constant feedback is provided to ensure personal and professional growth.

Many people have no intentions of learning and they are very casual .They are treated as son in law's, daughters. Mr. Vaibhav kohli is very arrogant floor manager. He doesn't have any sense of talking . He is hardly 3 years old in the system and every month he keeps doing experiments without logical thinking. All of his experiments have been failed but still he thinks himself as super talented and people who are working there since long are having capabilities issues. He keeps humiliating people just like that. His words are extremely concerning and pathetic that a family person would either resign immediately or suicide infront of him only . Oonko lagta hai baaki log ganga ji me milenge aur wo direct moksh praapt karenge. Itna arrogance itna attitude itna ghamand power aur position ka poore Indiamart me sirf inke hi paas hai. One should learn from DA that itni badi company scratch se banane ke bawjood wo kaafi humble hain. DG is also a jam of a person and has appealing Aura. Pulkit Pandey was a logical thinker and tele monthly was doing well in his supervision. Wahi company successful hoti hai jahaan long tenure wale employees jyada hote hain. Be it google, microsoft or tcs. Jo company apne old employees aur old customer ko retain na kar paaye wo naye employees aur naye customers leke kya hi grow karegi. Vaibhav sahab(sir is a tiny word for him) thinks that few people have been promoted by giving bribe and not on their merits. New Rm's are being promoted on the basis of buttering and not on the basis of merits. He is arrogant and baseless thinker. Executives who never performed, are being made auditors and rm or Bm who got promoted after giving repeated performance, are being treated as wage worker/street workers. He always threatens everyone that he will take away the job. Company has an ATL policy if manager forces any subordinates to resign but still,he keeps forcing everyone to resign. Instead he should resign as he has done nothing . He came to strengthen churn but due to his baseless experiments, company has lost their talented employees as well as customers drastically. Aaye the churn theek karne, churn aur sale dono kha gaye. Attrition itna jyada ho raha hai ki ye L1 and L2 ko linkedin par post karne ke liye kehte hain DG and DA must intervene immediately and take some serious steps else company doob jayegi . Jaise ek Amir khan brand ambassador banke growing company dooba di waise inki wajah se Indiamart doob jayega.

...ing results. Unfortunately, these circumstances impacted my professional growth. Despite delivering strong performance as the highest-performing branch in Kolkata, I did not receive the promised salary revision. Additionally, I faced delays in the resolution of certain contractual matters, which added to my dissatisfaction. The lack of transparency and inconsistent support from higher management further hindered my ability to thrive within the organization. I also observed instances where client commitments were not adequately upheld, which I personally worked to address. While I take pride in the achievements during my tenure, I believe the organization would benefit from addressing its internal processes and fostering a more supportive and professional work environment.
