- Bro, If want to mark present for the, have to do individual 30 min actual talk time, after doing all Manager KPI, which terribly impossible. If you dare to take this join happily. - Full Favouritism at all level till VP & National Head. - Surprisingly PIP and saperation designed over difficult task, which impossible to meet. - If you fall down, you will be screwed by hell. - If you speak about leakages and suggest that, this wrong..boss u will be targeted.

Nothing it's have poisoning work culture.salary on time but staff behaviour so pathatic no development in skills only time wasting organization

Pathatic behaviour. Mr Nitin Jaswal so pathatic manager don't go on that team. No skill development only work pressure beyond pressure cooker No job security any time they will fire. 0 promotion Rude behaviour of every one so if want join this company after resignation you will become BP patient in few days

On time salary, good incentive plans, 5 days working policy helpful in maintaining work life balance.

Dislikes

Favouritism by management, things on the floor are different then told during hiring and training due to bad people in management. Few managers are not capable enough to lead a team bcause of lack of skills.

The thing which I like most in IndiaMART intermesh is providing weekly salary, the response to the customer.

The thing which I did not like is that the employee can't change the department before 9 months.

Worst working environment , every employee is searching for new job here and there is no branch manager ,no RM , neither thery are hiring ,and main thing INDIAMART didn't want to change their product,they are working with same product from last 28 years
