Politics,Too much work & pressure, Compare to your salary you are going to work double what you are getting, Management is very poor,Not able to think that how much work they need to assign,They think employee like a machine, always meeting after end of office hours

Pathetic Managers (L2) and even more pathetic senior managers (L3), Lot of company politics, No promotions and growth opportunities for people who work with ethics,are knowledgeable about industry and company processes, growth and promotions for those who are good at buttering managers irrespective of there process knowledge and extremely poor work ethics. Incentive policies are just a joke as you will never be eligible for an incentive because of multiple conditions applied. HR policies and HR's are puppets of L3's and apex management.

Supportive seniors especially ZM- Tarun bansal who always motivates and supports the team , stands always for the team. He understands the concerns and helps to resolve our problem, but our BM - Samrat does partiality in the branch. Transfers sale and presents wrong image to seniors
