No work life balance , no salary , old people who are working have good accounts with themselves and will make your life miserable there , kindly ignore whatever condition may be, seen many people suffering in this company
Nothing was good, no appraisal , very hectic work life scene , working environment very bad , kindly ingnore working with this company , you won't get travel and communication allowance too

Low salary compared to industries.
Slow HR.
Provident Fund Contribution gets collected from employee of both the side, Employer's contribution is also asked to be done by Employee.
No maternity benefits.
Complex Incentive structure for Sales personals. No fix time to end the day.
Worst working environment , every employee is searching for new job here and there is no branch manager ,no RM , neither thery are hiring ,and main thing INDIAMART didn't want to change their product,they are working with same product from last 28 years
