I am working in Indiamart Premium division, so work here is very good and friendly.there is immense support from our management and we can easily balance our socail life with job.with that if your performance is good then good carrier opportunities too.

They can offer bit a more salary for our job role

Easy to sell product as its s wellknown brand now, salary never gets late.

Dislikes

Long working hours, manager force to work on weekly off, sundays and even on festivals, not getting promotion even if you are qualified for the same 3 times in a year, HR polices was very good before a year now its just a piece of paper.

Having only one issue very dirty office politics on management level everything is just awesome

If you joining in less salary as per company privious policy if company doing changes in salary structure so will always be in less salary

Nothing it's have poisoning work culture.salary on time but staff behaviour so pathatic no development in skills only time wasting organization

Pathatic behaviour. Mr Nitin Jaswal so pathatic manager don't go on that team. No skill development only work pressure beyond pressure cooker No job security any time they will fire. 0 promotion Rude behaviour of every one so if want join this company after resignation you will become BP patient in few days

The thing which I like most in IndiaMART intermesh is providing weekly salary, the response to the customer.

Dislikes

The thing which I did not like is that the employee can't change the department before 9 months.
