Here you may deal with stage of pressure to negativity. If you are performing then too huge pressure will on you. And there is only one point of discussion i.e how much sales have you done ? Did you meet you target and so on.

The indiaMart working pattern is good & the salary for freshers is also good. The facilities that provide by the company is also good.

Dislikes

IndiaMart company is good but the Nagpur branch is very very bad because the Nagpur branch current branch manager for NSD Department is very bad because they treat their L1 & L2 as a labour & they used very bad language for talking. They always comment on their personal life that's effect the branch culture. No motivation and no support from the Branch manager only they pressurized to their employees. The most & important issue is time, because the evening time is not fixed. Employee seated in branch till 9 pm

The weekly pay system is good.

...e executives are not given respects that each employee deserves at workplace. • Even their is off on Saturday but they give work from home with no bonus or extra pay.

Lots of goods things which I observed i.e crediting salary on time .staff and manager support and coordination .working environment etc.

Dislikes

Making of 3 fcps is mandatory even sales is done otherwise incentive will vanish .It should not be mandatory 3 fcps at that week when sales done.

On time salary, good incentive plans, 5 days working policy helpful in maintaining work life balance.

Dislikes

Favouritism by management, things on the floor are different then told during hiring and training due to bad people in management. Few managers are not capable enough to lead a team bcause of lack of skills.
