Need to travel 30-80 km daily (Travel depends on allotted clients) and attend 4 mandatory client meetings. No petrol or field allowances. High sales pressure, no work-life balance, and no career progression.
work culture is very bad as their daily tasks to do calls, videocalls, prospects, sales is very very bad as we have to met daily tasks which is not possible for new comers and also politics is so much here.
Earlier it was good that This was 5 days working organisation but now they changed that too now they are taking work in entire week.
No good point as for now 😟
Good working environment and better understanding among the team members .Supportive RM and BM .My over all experience is good and I am happy to be a part of IndiaMart. They take regular feedback from their workers.Excellent company policies .
Here in the profile of client servicing you have to complete the target of certain talktime failing to which LOP will be marked. More pressure was put on us just to bring more sales rather than servicing of client.
