Very bad work culture. Regular 3meeting criteria. If you couldn't able to conduct 3meeting then your day salary will cut and you will not get any attendance. If you take leave for 3days in a week then your salary will automatically hold. The data provided by company is worst data. They know it but they circulate it regularly.

I like the overall company policies incentive policies and on time salary hrs are cooperative

Very very negative co workers who always let you down dirty politics mangers just like few employees those one who can give them treats that the sad realty about good organization

...s on branch too.. mine was luckily great we do fun as well as serious work too.. salary and incentives schemes are great at that time.. now they changed it n its not that much of good as compared to previous.. they organise great contest like trip to Thailand.. dubai.. etc. So thats gives more motivation for work 😄 .

Too much work pressure.. its a sales job and we all know pressure will be there but still there is little bit more pressure if u don't complete your sales target you have to work on non working day too. Sometimes u have to leave at 7-8pm if your client wants to meet late timings.

They have a worst work life balance they will call you 9 at morning and and will leave you 8 at night you will not get any time for your own life all 6 day working its exhausting when your manager call you back to your office location at evening for reporting to him. Your promotion totally depends upon your performance and how your manager likes you. In terms of skill development there is nothing you will learn this job will help you learn to fool people out there. Company culture of noida office is really good but culture of my branch office was worst there is alot of pressure every employee is looking for a better opportunity.
