Incentives were good at my times but now that also reduced . Salary and incentives come on time 😃. Market acceptance and dominance is there when it comes dealing with customers.

Work culture is pathetic when it comes to professionalism. You cannot take leaves for your 1-2 days irrespective of how much important work you have. You cannot focus on your family and your personal development while working. Work pressure is huge and huge and targets are something which you will never achieve in your life.

No skill development only work pressure beyond pressure cooker No job security any time they will fire. 0 promotion Rude behaviour of every one so if want join this company after resignation you will become BP patient in few days

Additionally, I was subjected to threats regarding the non-payment of my dues. This, coupled with the organization's lack of transparency and unprofessional conduct from certain managers (some with questionable backgrounds), created a toxic work environment. The company culture does not align with employee well-being or ethical standards. I observed frequent instances of false commitments being made to clients, which I personally took upon myself to rectify. Despite my dedication and contributions, the systemic issues and lack of support from higher management hindered my ability to thrive within the organization While I am proud of the milestones achieved during my tenure, the challenges I faced have made it clear that the organization must address its internal processes and culture to foster a healthier and more professional work environment.

Salary problems bcz of off roll job . Salary Fully depends on the Owner of channel partner. And it's very hard to except that after giving a effort fully in a month ..u not getting ur number.

...s executive under bareilly channel partner Reliance Refrigeration & Electricals. I resigned in 24 September 2023 but my last salary still hold & channel partner is not giving my remaining salary part please help me. Even FNF period 45 days is over.
