Worst working environment , every employee is searching for new job here and there is no branch manager ,no RM , neither thery are hiring ,and main thing INDIAMART didn't want to change their product,they are working with same product from last 28 years

Job is secure only when you are performing .. Proper training is given to new joiners .

Lots of politics and management does not address the issues of the employees. Salary is decent but growth is slow . No work life balance . High pressure . Lot has changed in past 3 years and now I feel it's not a employee friendly organization .

...g own end decision they can transfer you another location without HR permission. Future opportunities very low, salary and bounce very low. Due to pandemic company say do work from home by calling and mature sale over call but manger rm ZM want to visit the clients.

You are paid on time. If you are delivering the Sale you will be treated like a king.

No work-life balance, no botheration for NPS of external or internal Customers. Money only matters and till the time you are able to generate it, you will be respected. All upper management treats individuals, not as an employee but you will be treated like robots who should not get tired. If you love challenges please go for it...
