...e not good. A lot of politics play role in extension of contracts and promotion. Uneven salary, calculated on the basis of politics a person can play and do buttering is another big demotivation.

...ady to accept as well. This is very much safe place for work both women and men. IHAT paid salary to staffs on time, prior to last day of month. I love working culture and would be happy to work with IHAT in future.
