Company is wannabe infosys. Not much growth after 2-3 years and very less perks at junior level but if you are at senior level you get a lot of benefits. Funtions, outbounds are very good. Food given in cafeteria is not that good and bbsr office location is split into two locations. Gothapatna location is very outskirts but connectivity is not an issue.

Dislikes

...d is very less for the package offered and interns have to do free work as well. Also last year they mad the interns work for 6 months and only then they got their salary.

Likes

There is nothing as such to like. They will treat employees as daily wage workers. No hike nothing. Just giving CTC numbers but in hand is pennies. 6 LPA - 34k inhand 7 LPA - 38k inhand 8 LPA - 43k inhand

Dislikes

Directors are worst. Do not know how to behave with employees. They treat employees really bad. Even call at late night while its raining cats and dogs to come office for work.

The company helps you choose your own path , the managers try to take your aspirations into account while allocating a project . You have liberty to choose your tech stack.

Dislikes

No set HR policies , the attrition rate is quite high due to the policies . They are a bit stingy in rolling out variable pay.

It's good working here. If you are looking for more work and fast learning in a competitive environment then this is the place for you. You will get to try different aspects of the technologies and will have a free hand to try new things.

Dislikes

The base package for tier 2 and tier 3 colleges is less. But if you work hard there is huge scope that organization will reward your efforts.

...eople. False promises right from the start. 2. No good projects 3. No growth 4. Salary is too low. Package is highly deceiving. You always end up getting way less than you expected. 5. Company culture is the worst. No work from home option. 6. No clear guidance for freshers. 7. Nobody stays in the company for more than 2 years. Many a times you will feel that entire company is a scam. And your career is completely destroyed after you join here. CEO goes around marketing the company as a product based company, even though there are products, most of the projects are service based and there is nothing new to learn in product also. Almost all the college hires are dissatisfied with the company. They hire from the best colleges and make students work in support projects which is not fair. Not at all employee friendly and employees opinions are not considered at all.
