Nothing.. food used to be good here even that’s bad now

The in hand salary is very low they give 34k in hand for 6LPA which is honestly a joke. We are expected to work on weekends as well, absolutely no work life balance. It is mandatory to be in office for 9 hours everyday even if your work is done. Doing good work here is rewarded with just more work. They won’t give variable pay on time and decrease it every year. Even hike is not given on time and when given it’s worth nothing. If you have an offer from here please do not join. No matter how desperate you are it is not worth it I promise.

Company is wannabe infosys. Not much growth after 2-3 years and very less perks at junior level but if you are at senior level you get a lot of benefits. Funtions, outbounds are very good. Food given in cafeteria is not that good and bbsr office location is split into two locations. Gothapatna location is very outskirts but connectivity is not an issue.

Dislikes

...d is very less for the package offered and interns have to do free work as well. Also last year they mad the interns work for 6 months and only then they got their salary.

It's good working here. If you are looking for more work and fast learning in a competitive environment then this is the place for you. You will get to try different aspects of the technologies and will have a free hand to try new things.

The base package for tier 2 and tier 3 colleges is less. But if you work hard there is huge scope that organization will reward your efforts.

• New technical managers are good helping, supportive and appreciate your work. • Support desk resolves query very quickly.

• HR policies: They put your one month salary on hold in which month you resign, and will release after 60 days post last working day with full and final settlement.

Nothing.Not even one thing is good about this place.One should only work here because every other door in the world is closed for him or her at that given point. Even if you have one more door opened for you apart from this then don't get into this place.

.... Everything they do by terrorizing the junior level employees and they know it. They even don't pay the salary to employees when people leave the company after working much more than they should have worked. No good project, no learning, salary much below the market standard, pathetic and ever-changing HR policies, no break, no work-life balance, no division of work in a team, no technical expertise and no rules. It's jungle -raaj.
