...eople. False promises right from the start. 2. No good projects 3. No growth 4. Salary is too low. Package is highly deceiving. You always end up getting way less than you expected. 5. Company culture is the worst. No work from home option. 6. No clear guidance for freshers. 7. Nobody stays in the company for more than 2 years. Many a times you will feel that entire company is a scam. And your career is completely destroyed after you join here. CEO goes around marketing the company as a product based company, even though there are products, most of the projects are service based and there is nothing new to learn in product also. Almost all the college hires are dissatisfied with the company. They hire from the best colleges and make students work in support projects which is not fair. Not at all employee friendly and employees opinions are not considered at all.

There is nothing as such to like. They will treat employees as daily wage workers. No hike nothing. Just giving CTC numbers but in hand is pennies. 6 LPA - 34k inhand 7 LPA - 38k inhand 8 LPA - 43k inhand

Dislikes

Directors are worst. Do not know how to behave with employees. They treat employees really bad. Even call at late night while its raining cats and dogs to come office for work.

There HR says learning is more important than money, dear sir please stop taking salary and learn new things then we'll see how you'll pay your bills and learn with empty stomach. They don't understand your financial conditions or anything all they want is free labour. I have requested my college to blacklist this company and will just give a friendly advice stay away from such scam companies they'll ruin your future and your family's money.

Company provides breakfast & lunch as well. Salary get credited on time. Company arranges outbounding once in a year

Dislikes

For frehsers, it is not recommended company. Salary is very less when you compare with your ctc. There are many hidden terms and conditions in the offer letter. Eventually you won' t be satisfied neither with salary nor with your growth.
