...u can just refer him to this company. The management is worst, heartless people. I worked for three years and i was not even paid my full and final settlement, salary will only be the positive side, what ever committed at the time of joining will be given on time but dont expect for any appraisal or any conveyance. You will be given 1 Rs per Km for your bike petrol and 3 Rs per km if you use car

Teammates will be the only reason you would choose to continue working there. Its a family run business, if at all you have any suggestion / +ve doings in controversy to their family members you will be sacked in max 2 weeks. You will not have any growth on career & salary. I have been worked there for six years and have resigned thrice to get an appraisal. Your work will be valued only by words. No fun just slavery. only plus point is you will get the salary on 3rd of every month without fail.

Dislikes

First of all its not a creative agency, its more like a Student xerox kind of DTP work centre having INS to release New Ads. No compensation, nothing, if at all you want to put your own effort and sit day and night to complete any project the company does not want to know why, what you have done to the company's growth and what made you come by 10 am instead of being at office by 9.30 am you will be screwed. IF YOU JOIN, IF YOU PERFORM WELL, YOU WILL BE THE ONLY PERSON WORKING ON ALL PROJECTS. Others will enjoy sitting idle and receiving their monthly income.
