...ent to the core. 2. There is no scope for growth in the On-Prem Support Team. 3. The pay scale at the beginning would be something you would crave, going forward you realize you are never going to see a change in the paycheck. 4. The workload is beyond crazy, they keep telling you that we will support you but the upper management is not going to support you in any way. 5. The team is knowledgeable but there are few who don't know shit and are sitting on top. If you are looking for roles at Imperva, please consider the Cloud Team.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
