...am leader staff is leaving the organisation just within a month after joining. Even after leaving the company with all exit policies after 90 days also didn’t got the salary and require documents. After so much follow up’s with HR they are not giving the proper response. Not at all career growth. Pathetic experience overall.

SME Insta products was good but most of NPA accounts that reason insta products not growing up.

Only i like in IIFL ltd is they are giveing good corporate induction training

iifl have poor level of upper teammates, not giveing good traing after once joing, salary is ok not so goof compare to peer companies, appraisal are very difficult too get even you are doing hard work, travel expense they are not giveing to employee, work environment also not ffod innovationin technology is very slow level, work life balance is also very bad sue to to much pressurised about too much sales targets

... This is my first job. They have an good work environment and good work culture. Company policies are good and they will give good salary and good appraisal every year.

Giving low salary and huge pressure over work load more than salary. Hieringe from compitition with huge salary but not giving them who are wintage and loyal to the company.
