The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 9-10 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

... provide you leaves as per requirements ,no other company will do this for you . Apart from it salary is less but if you do something wrong (don't do it) senior and all executive will help you as a team.

There is so pressure while working and politics is also there, talented people doesn't get that much value but and the people who talk sweetly they have better opportunity in this field.

...rking with this since Dec 2015, so over roll my experience is 2 year & 8 months. It gives very good salary as per work profile and it gives us many opportunities to grow up the life. So for fresher candidate its good learning place and still I'm working with this company as a Lead Associate - Quality Team.

Everything is good but sometimes transport team is not co-operative with the employees.

On time salary no delays which is a good part, easy job hirings, easy IJPs apply

Work culture or management is not soo great, specially for QAs no such good learnings, management will ask to login more as compared to own profile work, less increament even if you getting good ratings, salary is not up to the mark.
