I have worked this prestigious organisation for good time but it wasn't easy and very fruitful. Top management is poor and lethargic. Usually are humiliating others. Corporate politics is a crucial requirement to survive here. Lobing in the Top level is the Focus of few in the authority.

The only good thing about igt is that you can apply for IJP in 9 months

... manager stating so what your shift is for 9 hours but you have to work extra. 4- Compensation is bad like really really bad.

Everything. No growth for deserving candidates Salary deduction every month without any reason and even HR ha no idea about the deduction. No increment Fake commitment while hiring employees No Leaves

Keeping tamil TLs who are linguistically biased and they torture other language agents and continue to do so until they abscond. No actions taken after multiple escalation. Changing process as they wish every now and then when an agent mentally sets in one process. Groupism, bad management, third rate company.

If you are in any back office process, life is little bit easier, though less salary.

Transport system is worst. Company policies are more like red tape. Management is not very skilled and lot of favouritism happens
