Igt is the best place to work though the salary is little bit less for a fresher

Food. They didn't provide meal and their cafeteria food items are less. We prefer boil egg n spicy 🔥 things but not available instead of South Indian food stall if they hv north eastern food stall it will be good like "Manipuri cook" bcz every North eastern people prefer their cooking style since most of the 30/40 percent of the employees are frm north-east

Just the salary on time.

Keeping tamil TLs who are linguistically biased and they torture other language agents and continue to do so until they abscond. No actions taken after multiple escalation. Changing process as they wish every now and then when an agent mentally sets in one process. Groupism, bad management, third rate company.

If you are in any back office process, life is little bit easier, though less salary.

Dislikes

Transport system is worst. Company policies are more like red tape. Management is not very skilled and lot of favouritism happens

There is nothing to like about this company as they will always take you for granted.

...and if you have leaves as well, they will also ensure that you do not take them. Also, they will deduct unnecessary charges from your salary in the form of some taxes and other stuff. The do have a entertainment room as well however, that is not functional and can be used only at the time of a client visit.

There is no reason to like IGT. In my process new GM joined after that work environment got toxic. Before him it was the great place to work.

Dislikes

Toxic environment, Under paid Salary, Irresponsible management, biased management (I am the top performer of our team instead another person getting R&R).
