I have worked this prestigious organisation for good time but it wasn't easy and very fruitful. Top management is poor and lethargic. Usually are humiliating others. Corporate politics is a crucial requirement to survive here. Lobing in the Top level is the Focus of few in the authority.

Everything was fine and average Pros - you can learn travel very well there Cons - salary payscale is not gud as industry standards They did not pass my PF fund and its still stucked and they were asking for money for experience letter too like seriously. My reason of leaving the company was some stupid minds are sitting on positions and insecure, jealous, and ugly as well ,ujjwal my team leader was completely like that ( ujjwal TL in odigeo process ) chondu

Everything. No growth for deserving candidates Salary deduction every month without any reason and even HR ha no idea about the deduction. No increment Fake commitment while hiring employees No Leaves

Keeping tamil TLs who are linguistically biased and they torture other language agents and continue to do so until they abscond. No actions taken after multiple escalation. Changing process as they wish every now and then when an agent mentally sets in one process. Groupism, bad management, third rate company.

If you are in any back office process, life is little bit easier, though less salary.

Transport system is worst. Company policies are more like red tape. Management is not very skilled and lot of favouritism happens
