Everything was fine and average Pros - you can learn travel very well there Cons - salary payscale is not gud as industry standards They did not pass my PF fund and its still stucked and they were asking for money for experience letter too like seriously. In terms of job security, It's really a great organization, they didn't ask anyone to leave during covid If you have good TL your life will be awesome in IGT but if u get a mad TL you'll leave the company 😑 Management is really supportive but not for everyone, Long story short if you have good relationship with management, you won't face any problem.

... you'll get promoted that too in 2 years They will deduct your OT if any leave They won't pay you sometimes for work on holiday.

Keeping tamil TLs who are linguistically biased and they torture other language agents and continue to do so until they abscond. No actions taken after multiple escalation. Changing process as they wish every now and then when an agent mentally sets in one process. Groupism, bad management, third rate company.

If you are in any back office process, life is little bit easier, though less salary.

Transport system is worst. Company policies are more like red tape. Management is not very skilled and lot of favouritism happens
