I have worked this prestigious organisation for good time but it wasn't easy and very fruitful. Top management is poor and lethargic. Usually are humiliating others. Corporate politics is a crucial requirement to survive here. Lobing in the Top level is the Focus of few in the authority.

Whole company itself, the HR name Karuna, such worst one that ever could see, do not know how does they say themselves as HR, even though if they don't deserve tht position

It’s fun company to work and have projects in travel domain with good clients and lots of on-site opportunity

No job security just open linkedin and see most of the igt employees are immediate joiner they. They are not able to manage technical projects nor they are able to manage resource on bench.
