...rn about the targets.If we are performing good they will never appreciate that .They will never increase salary , they will only increase the work load.

If will never give sick leave in any situation we have to work and complete our target in small thing they will raise a warning Letter please don't work in igt you will get depressed only.

1.There is retention bonus to fool you guys 2. You are eligible to fill IGP’s after 9 months in the company. It’s good for those who wants to be Team leader, Assistant Manager etc. And not that easy to achieve.

...m in the night( think what it’s feels like in the bone chilling cold weather) 2.salary and incentive discrepancy were there in IGT. 3.Poor infrastructure and management- you are on call and simultaneously constructions is also going on the floor feel’s disgusting.

If you’re good at what you do and have good approach to with your manager. You will get the desired promotions

Compensation is not at par with industry standards Complacent behaviour among departments Promotions are delayed due to budgetary constraints. Appraisals are sub par from the past 2 years Lot of penalties imposed by clients which eventually affects their balance sheet and eventually. Appraisals are impacted. All of this depends on the project you are. Maybe this was my experience, yours can be a positive one.

No night shift allowance HR is too slow PLI never comes on time Retention bonus geta hold by management so that employees doesn't leave the job until they hire new people HR only listens to Management not to the employee I have spent almost 5 years of my life here and people who are being hired from outside getting 40% hike but staying here is a crime as per Management they always say you are internal promoted so can't give much salary

salary structure is not good and you will regret because of hectic schedule and working hours all your life will be wasted in meeting the login target. Promotion will be only after working in this company more than. 1 or 2 year with same salary but definitely youllbe distracted by better company who gives you better perks than this one.
