Whole company itself, the HR name Karuna, such worst one that ever could see, do not know how does they say themselves as HR, even though if they don't deserve tht position

It’s fun company to work and have projects in travel domain with good clients and lots of on-site opportunity

...ompensation, hr is good for nothing, management is biased towards old employees.m, salary hike is low

There is nothing to like about this company as they will always take you for granted.

...and if you have leaves as well, they will also ensure that you do not take them. Also, they will deduct unnecessary charges from your salary in the form of some taxes and other stuff. The do have a entertainment room as well however, that is not functional and can be used only at the time of a client visit.

There is no reason to like IGT. In my process new GM joined after that work environment got toxic. Before him it was the great place to work.

Toxic environment, Under paid Salary, Irresponsible management, biased management (I am the top performer of our team instead another person getting R&R).

...esent all the time also, made an app for employee's emotional and mental health. Salary and benefits, promotions/appraisal are real for sure. Don't get mislead by negative ratings. Skill development/learning is never ending. In conclusion, I really like this company and yes, I'm not asked or paid to write the positive reviews only.
