There are excessive salary issues. Since the 1st month of the joining. Very poor management. Not an employee centric company at all. The people are also very partial. The leaves policies are not explained correctly. There is sometimes lot of work pressure. Provides no work from home facility. Must improve in all the sectors. Have no idea about any other branch but in pune this is the worst management.

Salary deduction without investigation. No entertainments comparing surrounded companies, HR escalation personal mail is disclosing instead of rectification or resolution

Salary, for my project I had most understanding management who supported me for my education and skill development

I don't have any but I am not happy with company HR policy and LWP where you will loose your entire bonus.

The only thing is that you can get a Salary for your work on time, you'll get a chance to meet some good peoples as well.

Dislikes

It's very restrictive like a jail, so many checks in & out. You can't have your mobile phone along with you, you can't carry you bags on the floor, you can't eat aur drink outside cafeteria even at the places which they've designed to impressed the clients only. Work is very monotonous & lethargic, nobody respects it, it's like a pace of bonded labours, if having strong ties would have sued them, the Sr. lvl of management the top layer are just harrassing individuals working there.

Please don't join this company. If you come late then there will 450 rs deduction from your salary and for any leave 250 rs deduction. HR managers are liars... particularly Gaurav Sinha and pooja mane don't keep their word's. There is no hygiene inside the washrooms and at the end of every month you will receive very less salary due to company's third class policy. Most importantly if you don't clear certification after training period then you won't get a salary. So please don't waste your time and don't join this company at all.
