For international processes they have 10 hours of shift, they demand more than average login hours which is not legal. Not at all employee centric. No perks and benefits from company other than insurance. Deduction on emergency leaves, not flixible with the policies with employees.

Only I get salary on time and there is no support from operation team

I have joined Ienergizer last year recently I had arguments with my AM his is using unprofessional way of talking or thread me everytime I will hold your salary and all after this he also hold my salary then I complaint with HR after this he is now targetting me and his manager also supported him this is my one of the worst experience which I faced in my career the environment is not good really.

Toxic environment 10 hour shift (but eventually will end by 10.5h or more if you are late and still deduction in your salary) False promises and information No promotion Strict timings if you are late 5 10 min, you have to give 30 min more and salary will be deduct. 6 days working No work from home No sick leave Only casual leave available, but they will not let you take that. If you say, you are sick and can't work, they will force you to do, especially your TL because if you will not work Your TL have to work in your place.
