No flexibility in work, no work life balance, In case you attendance not captured by tool,they will apply your leaves means your leaves are not yours. In wfh, unnecessarily, they asked to on camera, there was no need to do that.

I would like to say that about this bpo.........Work culture and management and company policies is not good, everything is bad only cafeteria is good

I got 3 appraisal letters from this bpo but salary was not according to it it was just those appraisal letters.. diplomatic management , promotion usi ka hota hai jo chamchagiri karta hai ability ke base pr nhi aur leaves cl el bas naam ki h management apni marzi se deta h jb need hoti h employees ko tb nhi and login hours agar 1 min bhi short h toh half day approved hota

I love to work in Ienergizer ..but on executove level ,all seniors estimate us as a labour...seniors have govt. Job in iengizer..there is no appresial ..no promotion..no apprecoation from seniors...those who working from last 3 to 5 years and they have no approach and jack they are working as a safe profile and level..t

Senior level post supervisors treat as a execuive a labour and third class...salary is a main issue ..salary should be minimum 15000 in a hand..in every process.bcoz it is a basic need...

They are not at all supportive. First there were no facilities when office was opened. For work from home they did not provide any facilities and then they throw you out of company for no reason.

This company offers a higher salary compared to other BPOs in Noida, and salary is always credited on time.

Once you enter the office campus, you are not allowed to step outside, even during breaks, until your shifts ends and you punch out. Your phones are kept in lockers and you will feel locked on your work floor. If you are the one who doesn’t bring lunch from home, you will have to rely on office canteen, which serves overpriced and bad quality food. Unfortunately, even if the food is inedible, you have no other option. If you choose to order food online, your break time will be over and you will not get time to eat peacefully. Here, four wheeler parking costs ₹80 per day, yet finding a spot is a struggle everyday. Like many BPOs, the HR department is more focused on recruitment than employee relations, development or, support. It seems they have targets to hire hundreds of employees everyday due to high employee turnover. In many processes, management seems to prefer when tenured employees resign, as it reduces cost and makes room for newer employees who will value them more, they think. Additionally, each process has its own strict rules, which are only revealed after training is completed and employees start working on the floor.
