I like the attendance bonus which I believe hardly any other company pays like I Energizer Most important for every employee salary is on time. To be very honest it's very difficult time for everyone. I hope everyone is safe and healthy. Basically, If I talk about support through COVID -19 Lockdown from I Energizer I must say yes they are supporting as much as they could. They did sanetize the premises, sanitizer are available at entry gate even you could see at production floor. Also they are supporting emotionally by saying that no worries our job is safe and everything will be normal soon. The Thing which I didn't like about I Energizer at the lockdown situation is about the salary I got to know that I Energizer they are going to pay our salary in full (ONLY BASIC ) for this month on 7th of April and the remaining like attendence bonus for February month , Incentive for February month will get once the process re-open. My question is why not now? We all are not financially strong we people have to plan a budget everything according to our salary. All of a sudden when you get to know this month you won't get the salary which we were getting every month then it's difficult for that particular month and will be short on budget.

The only thing is that you can get a Salary for your work on time, you'll get a chance to meet some good peoples as well.

It's very restrictive like a jail, so many checks in & out. You can't have your mobile phone along with you, you can't carry you bags on the floor, you can't eat aur drink outside cafeteria even at the places which they've designed to impressed the clients only. Work is very monotonous & lethargic, nobody respects it, it's like a pace of bonded labours, if having strong ties would have sued them, the Sr. lvl of management the top layer are just harrassing individuals working there.

Please don't join this company. If you come late then there will 450 rs deduction from your salary and for any leave 250 rs deduction. HR managers are liars... particularly Gaurav Sinha and pooja mane don't keep their word's. There is no hygiene inside the washrooms and at the end of every month you will receive very less salary due to company's third class policy. Most importantly if you don't clear certification after training period then you won't get a salary. So please don't waste your time and don't join this company at all.

Salary is good, they will give you the salary what you want also salary comes on every 7th of the month in morning by 8AM maximum it doesn't matter it is Sunday or any other day (except 7th is any holiday)

For promotion if you are favourite of your supervisor then you will promoted to AM from TL directly but if not they will stuck you in middle by providing Sr. TL
