Toxic environment 10 hour shift (but eventually will end by 10.5h or more if you are late and still deduction in your salary) False promises and information No promotion Strict timings if you are late 5 10 min, you have to give 30 min more and salary will be deduct. 6 days working No work from home No sick leave Only casual leave available, but they will not let you take that. If you say, you are sick and can't work, they will force you to do, especially your TL because if you will not work Your TL have to work in your place.

If you want to waste your time do join this company. Salary deduction is common on every month for short login hours. TL behavior is like boss of the company. If you unplanned then they deduct salary +Rs250 fine. If any program happen in the company then you have to use use your break timings to see the show. No network & no internet in the entire campus. Guard behave like he is the manager of the company. Max of the employee abscond from this company on salary day 7th on every month.

Nothing proper managed or work schedule and lunch time company only want work . No solary increament, no break provision. Even someday we didn't got lunch break till eve This is my personal experience i don't know what feels other person

... so good verry fankly nd no pressure nd also manager was so good never partial.. but i dont like HR megha sinha all over i would to say company was so good but when process ramdown so please give to salary more then currect salary bcz they already experienced..

...not resposed nd took a sign for one month notice nd said process was rampdown .. nd when i gave re-interview so they offer me cheap salary ..

There are excessive salary issues. Since the 1st month of the joining. Very poor management. Not an employee centric company at all. The people are also very partial. The leaves policies are not explained correctly. There is sometimes lot of work pressure. Provides no work from home facility. Must improve in all the sectors. Have no idea about any other branch but in pune this is the worst management.
