Everything Rules Policies Week off policy Biased people Genderism If you are a male . Than iE culture would be terrible for you. And favouritism . You will get appraisal or appreciation only if you are favourite of management's one or two person. Don't think if you are good at work&knowledge you will get appreciation or promotion. Never think like it Lockers are dirty and far away from the working floor. And no washroom breaks. No adjustments , if you dont get system on time then you will have to extend your shift according to that. System issue is a major problem. You will not get system easily. And luckily if you get your system it will take 15-20 minutes to get started. And no matter if system or extension is working fine or not you will have to bear that loss. So this is the worst things i think i am not writing full details or i am forgetting the things. But yes if someone Ienergizers person is reading this. Kindly solve it. Dont make work area into hell for the hard working employees.

It's a good start up for freshers. In other company they provide around 10 to 15k salary but IE is the company who provide 20k+ salary fir freshers as well.

I worked for 1 year in IE the work environment is not good they let us work for 10hr which is too much and they hire people unnecessarily and they don't value their employees. In IJP they never give chance to north east people like me. I kinda feel some supervisors and managers are racist. My TL was very racist tbh! We couldn't bond well with her but I'm very happy now that she is demoted to normal agent rather then supervisor. I left IE very soon I didn't want to work anymore due to my TL being racist.

Hot water options not available at entire ienergizer because we are core job was calling at the winter cold issue available all associate .

...ir pet donkeys. Few of them are pervs & do not know how to respect women. 4. Job security - None! Along with that, no salary if you lose your job. 5. Skill development/learning - They can’t even purchase and provide access for the most important tool (Excel) to their QA’s & Leads and they suggest to share systems or you may use Google Sheets. So the only skill you develop or learn is how to be a successful sycophant and unfair towards others. 6. Shift timings - No company in this world having 10 and 12.5 hours shift. They are real blood suckers! ps. Even most of the managers do not know how to use excel properly. Lol

Very pathetic work culture. No policies. Salary deduction evey month without any Reason. IT team also not supportive if any issue come. Management is really bad. Not care about employees. Not respect anyone. they dont appreciate your work and dont care about that. While training they tell you lot of good thing about company but when you enter properly then you will realised how big mistake you have done joining with this company.
