There are excessive salary issues. Since the 1st month of the joining. Very poor management. Not an employee centric company at all. The people are also very partial. The leaves policies are not explained correctly. There is sometimes lot of work pressure. Provides no work from home facility. Must improve in all the sectors. Have no idea about any other branch but in pune this is the worst management.

Safe environment for night shifts, best company ever for freshers, managers are easily approachable even the vice president sir, is exceptional when it comes to help the advisor going out of the box, Best company ever for freshers, will get a good salary in international process and good working experience

Dislikes

Policies such as lwp that can kill the whole incentives, attendence bonus of 5k, retention bonus of 9k and salary for those days.

...ter work hours, as you already give 10 f--king hours of your day to the company. They also offer great salary in the current market conditions.

...sting work, be ready to extend your shift to fulfil the login hour requirement. There are also a million policies to deduct your salary, unless you turn into their favorite slave. Before joining, I read all the reviews, hoping I'd survive and get my way through it but now it just feels mentally and physically exhausting. One doesn't need any torture devices because this company will give you a whole roller coaster ride of f-cking you up and down and in different positions until you become sick and insane. You sell yourself for the money and serve them like dogs.

The work culture is the worst, unprofessional employees and people at managerial levels are demotivating, inhuman and mean. They try to pull you down mentally everyday and put you in an anxious and troublesome situations. This is my personal experience, may vary with others. My process was Vegas (Credit One bank).

...referred me to back to HR because I went to the admin office in productive hour. They hold my 1 month salary my experience letter also. When I told the incident to HR they blamed me for all. And says that you have not completed the notice period and there is short notice of 2 days, so I have to pay 15k to release my salary and experience letter. But they are not ready to mail me the same thing. This is the worst place I seen ever. I never recommend or suggest any one to work there
