I like more thing ienergizer and one Of the most thing that I like that environment

There is toouch crowd there is so much work pressure and salary is too little and in appraisal they take too much time like one year

The best part i felt at Ienergizer is they provide decent package to fresher and the growth opportunities are quite good compared to other organizations in same field, also the working environment is quite good till one fllows the basic hygiene of the company/process.

Dislikes

Few things i would want Ienergizer to update in there company are 1.Un necessary strech, as i am a sales executive, few times i have to stay for few hours post completion to my shift becouse of sales target. 2. Sales incentive is not there for sales process

...tes are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria. They give good salary.

The management doesn't address our issue's. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Initial Salary for freshers is great, & working environment is comfortable for students or recent grads.

Dislikes

Work life balance is terrible, Salary deductions are there even for company's faults, Overall CTC will be good but you take one emergency leave and you salary goes down by 25%

The only thing one can can consider good in this organization is the pay.

Dislikes

20 years old policies, compulsory deductions for something that rarely anyone wants and that too for three times it's actual value. Irrelevant shift timings.
