I like the salary process . Which they always provide on time every month early in the morning of 7th every month's. Baki pass me jo rehte h un ke liye thik h time par aao kaam Karo Target achieve Karo aur jao.

...ly want no. Sales quantity . There are also some rule only for company benefit . I also don't like if you are late and your half day will be mark but you can't allow to go home because tl ki shrinkage badh jayegi aap ka half day laga wo aap ki galti h par half day ki salary par v aap se full day work karvaya jayega. Baki as par the client requirements ya company requirements agar wo aap se extra hours kaam karvate h to us ka koi extra income nahi dete h. Company ki sari policy company ki profit ke liye hi h. Employee se koi matter nahi karta. Baki jo main puching h jo count hota h us ka v distance bhaut Jayda h jo ki main gate par hi hona chaiye jo ki count ho jis wajah se bhaut se logo ka half day lag jata h that should be improve.

Open door policy is only on paper this company never work on policy OPERATIONS : HOD balbir he treat agent as slave and AM mangesh and TL shubham never help whenever required HR : pooja and gaurav never committed to there words Common issues : salary dedication 250 for full day extra and 150 for half day for absent days there There is is public holiday provided by company in operations Salary issue for every month

Colleague and other senior designation worker are helping and good to mentor new members

Salary deduction due to their policy which new members don't know because as usually we didn't get that much time to read their policies of 25 pages.

I have joined Ienergizer last year recently I had arguments with my AM his is using unprofessional way of talking or thread me everytime I will hold your salary and all after this he also hold my salary then I complaint with HR after this he is now targetting me and his manager also supported him this is my one of the worst experience which I faced in my career the environment is not good really.
