They gave 19,700 salary to the freshers and its a great salary for freshers. Even it was not a international bpo but they provided good salary. The atmosphere was also quite good, staff was very supportive even the workers are also supported each other if someone stuck in any querie. You should work there.

Dislikes

Main reason is it was a blacklisted company. Means your experience will be count but on domestic level company's, not in international company. They will not consider this experience in their company because you was working in blacklisted company.

Honestly speaking there is nothing apart from the salary, in this company that one can be happy with. Specially their policies are pathetic and they only speak of being employee centric, actually it is quite opposite. I have many instances with me that I can add up here to prove my point. During a very difficult period of lockdown they treated us like we are refugees in their company. If I talk about my personal experience, at first they failed to arrange system for work from Home and after the lockdown they started forcing to come down to the office and collect the system on my own. Even after this when I somehow managed to reach the office on foot, their mannerless security guards denied to let me enter. After a lot of request they opened the gate as if I was a begger. After this when we all started to work from home, they started to call us office on the name of performance issues. Despite knowing that covid risk was on peak, they didn't allow working from home. And this was not it, worst part occurred recently when I lost my job there. I suffered covid infection and was home quarintined. On this company didn't support me and filed my absconding.

Dislikes

Covid 19 has brought every firm's and organization's reality in light. What I felt the worst was they kept threatening the employees to fire and they did by brining up unnecessary excuses.

Too stressful environment, terrible management, cafeteria too far from work place( about 10-15 min distance), short break given , no refreshment facilities in or near workplace, intimidation and great pressure for KPIs that are impractical

Open door policy is only on paper this company never work on policy OPERATIONS : HOD balbir he treat agent as slave and AM mangesh and TL shubham never help whenever required HR : pooja and gaurav never committed to there words Common issues : salary dedication 250 for full day extra and 150 for half day for absent days there There is is public holiday provided by company in operations Salary issue for every month

Salary deduction due to their policy which new members don't know because as usually we didn't get that much time to read their policies of 25 pages.
