Well, in this difficult time of Pandemic Covid-19 all the staff is supporting their employees and taking care of them also compromising with their challenges. Sanitization is being done properly. Every wear mask and follow the rules so that everyone could save themselves from any kind of disease. They're putting their hundred percent effort to save jobs of each employee.

Dislikes

Only one thing i dislike is they have not paid salary of April to their every employee. Some employees got the salary not everyone

It is very good company and during the lock down I got my salary as well and company had helped me when my process was rampdown because after some days I got call my previous manager about other processes (apporunity).so it is very owsam company and I hope no any other employees have without job if who is already working. Thank you sow much for giving me this opportunity which I write review.

...or more years I would definitely get some post but I don't have that much time.. so I left as I was hired somewhere else with better salary package.. Still nice company to start as a fresher..

...old : 5 LWP in a year can be a loss of retention 60000 or 1.2 lk. 3. No PF : 4. Attendance bonus - 1 forced LWP applied by supervisor costs (5000 attendance bonus + 1 day salary + low rating+ behavioral marking, etc ) All these are the tools for supervisor to punish an associate. There is no employee satisfaction at all !!
