...onment but, the don't have loyalty towards there employee specially agent level. No job security you may kicked out any time with out salary, notice period and even with out experience letter does not matter how long you worked with the organization

They are not at all supportive. First there were no facilities when office was opened. For work from home they did not provide any facilities and then they throw you out of company for no reason.

There are excessive salary issues. Since the 1st month of the joining. Very poor management. Not an employee centric company at all. The people are also very partial. The leaves policies are not explained correctly. There is sometimes lot of work pressure. Provides no work from home facility. Must improve in all the sectors. Have no idea about any other branch but in pune this is the worst management.

Learning new languages and communication.

Salary deduction without investigation. No entertainments comparing surrounded companies, HR escalation personal mail is disclosing instead of rectification or resolution
