No provide transport. 10 hr shift. Leave system is very poor ( one LWP 5000 detected in your salary ). No provide microwave/oven for food in canteen. Washroom is very dirty. No provide hot water in winter.

They asked me to take planned leave but when I plan my leave they say we can not approve it there is huge amount of shrinkage on these dates, this happened when I followed my roaster for 90days continuesly ,you are about to finish your work shift 9am to 6pm your new TL comes and tells you that there is change in roaster from uppere management so your next day shift is from 12AM-9AM now we can not change it now you decide that you will go home and come in night at 12am or if you want you can stay in office Cantene also ,let me tell you clearly guies which ever process you join here you will notice each and every month 20-30% of people leave the jobs on the salary day they go abscond don't even serve notice period it's that bad for you

Only think I like is the salary they provide. Plus they won't take you out even if you make big errors untill the client ask for.

Zero employee centric, no organization, poor system (they often have issues in their system, software and applications), unsatisfied leave policies, there normal working hours is 10hours plus you have to extend where no OT is provided. Very bad culture. Poor policies.

I like the attendance bonus which I believe hardly any other company pays like I Energizer Most important for every employee salary is on time. To be very honest it's very difficult time for everyone. I hope everyone is safe and healthy. Basically, If I talk about support through COVID -19 Lockdown from I Energizer I must say yes they are supporting as much as they could. They did sanetize the premises, sanitizer are available at entry gate even you could see at production floor. Also they are supporting emotionally by saying that no worries our job is safe and everything will be normal soon. The Thing which I didn't like about I Energizer at the lockdown situation is about the salary I got to know that I Energizer they are going to pay our salary in full (ONLY BASIC ) for this month on 7th of April and the remaining like attendence bonus for February month , Incentive for February month will get once the process re-open. My question is why not now? We all are not financially strong we people have to plan a budget everything according to our salary. All of a sudden when you get to know this month you won't get the salary which we were getting every month then it's difficult for that particular month and will be short on budget.
