Month end 30/31st salary coming without any hesitence. Promotions and appraisals and staff welfares are good Accommodation and leave benefit and month end salary Good culture mostly manager and assistant manager friendly behaviour and celebrate all functions as extra curricular activities (param its like collage activity games and celbration)and for relocated employees having accamudation with tea and lunch also dinner. having better career opportunities like internal job promotion and every 6 months having appraisal with good incentives and petrol and mobile recharge reimbursement Month end 30/31st salary coming without any hesitence. Timing is Not exactly which they mentioned we are working. We are working more than 9 to 11 hours. That's not calculated like overtime. On Month end 4th Saturday actually bank holiday. So we are planning for personal works, or trips or etc.. but suddenly Friday evening organisation wi cancel the holiday and inform as working day, it's a terrible thing. GRO's are coming morning 6am they are finish the collection by evening 6pm. But after 6 also Gro not going to room. They should give loan plan and then only we Biz team will leave them at 10 to 10.30pm. These are all should

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is slow . There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign . On the Job training is not given ti new joiness.
