I resigned from this job because there was too much of favoritism specially in their Lower Parel branch. There is this person name Ajeetkumar Pandey (Branch Relationship Manager) who was previously Banker Authoriser is worst. 10 to 12 tellers/ cashier have resigned because of him. He is very smart in terms of office politics. And if people try to complain to the HR then he fulfills the branch's target so HR won't blame or question him. Worst HR and management.

I like work culture and job security, overall it's average, if you are good performer then you will get chance to apply for different role

Promotion/ appraisal and salary not good for people who's internally get promoted

Job security in pandemic, no salary cut....thats it.

No defined work ( under the sky, anything can be asked to done), next to nothing incentive structure and policies which are not employee friendly. Almost entire base of customer is lacking financial knowledge so will come to branch and abuse you. horrible self centered bosses, only looking for self benefit even when its people like me who are facing customer everyday in this pandemic.

... and supportive work culture, with a strong emphasis on employee and well being. The compensation and incentive structure are quite competitive, and the training programs are excellent.

Nothing. They are not providing salary on time my incentive is pending since April. In the name of appraisal they are giving 0% hike and if we say anything they will generate a normal mail to not to continue further in short 0% job security.
