Toxic place I never seen in my life especially worst leaders like Abhishek Verma he is unfit for the role if idbi intech replaces him company will be good

Nothing the salary package is too much less for experience candidate as well this company does not provide the settlement amount after leaving the company the bathrooms are very unhygienic. They also tells that if the boys come in afternoon 3.00 shift per day 30 rupees will be provided but they only give 13 rupees.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every ye

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Too early to say but compared to benefits they are inconsiderable, only the major issue is no salary hike. But as a fresher good to start.
