Nothing the salary package is too much less for experience candidate as well this company does not provide the settlement amount after leaving the company the bathrooms are very unhygienic. They also tells that if the boys come in afternoon 3.00 shift per day 30 rupees will be provided but they only give 13 rupees.

IDBI Intech provides good work life balance environment. The organisation is techno-functional in nature and allows employee to explore their skills in both the domain. Highly recommend for people who want to learn new technologies and banking products. There are highly skilled people from Banking domain working in development of innovative products. There are many events which IDBI Intech organize such as cultural activities, sports competitions, Rewards and Recognition, Group Discussions, Innovative Idea Recognition etc. I am working in the organisation from more than 8 years and I am very happy with the position. The organisation is at developing stage and more dependent on IDBI Bank so increments (salary hike) can be a part of concern. But it also depends on the individual performance as well.

Uneducated management and policies,lot of politics in team,power of useless managers and seniors,low salary hike after 18 months, terrible client, holiday and Saturday working, oldest technology, landline Phone is family member.

Don't join if you have other opportunities. 2 years bound it's like prison with facility of food.

...to work every day from Sunday to Saturday, with 20 to 21 hours of sitting daily. The salary is low compared to the market standards. Additionally, due to management issues, the workload of 10 people is assigned to a single person.
