Overall, it was a good experience for a career kick-start. also good for the senior level position candidates. Work-life balance is quite good. Flexible timings.

Dislikes

Software Development Management is poor. You will not get a salary hike as per your work. they give as per your experience only. No Celebrations (Even birthdays) They will never appreciate you for your work. No 5 day week.

the company has very good office culture,working environment is good. it is a family. Best option to choose for fresher except some older technologies but still a very good learning environment

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
