Well it's been a pleasure to work in such a company but one thing we can't know that when will our compensation and remaining done that's the only thing no one likes until they get equal with all

Salary hike issue not a fault by company but managers or the mediator couldn't send appraisal as compared to performance

Nothing good in this company. My husband has suffered a lot. Lot of dirty politics and he was denied salary hike for over 2 years. Worst and bad company. They want only news and gossips happening in the office and not work.

They are forcing the employees for marketing and give high target for health insurance

Over target on health insurance ,and they will hold salary also, my friend didn't get salary of November ,now its January ending

...reliving letter or experience letter till completion of 6 months after reliving. Won't get the salary on time, last month got the salary on 19th. Business ( investments) targets will be there for everyone, even for IT department employees. If the target is not achieved salary hold or deduction will be there without intimation. Every nook and corners of the branches or offices are under CCTV surveillance like Big Boss show. Fine will be impossed for everything. Punching after 09:05 will be half day LOP. If you submit resignation they will you as an enemy. No one can relive from here peacefully.

Very low salary, here we have not only Gold loans many businesses we have to do Health insurance,vehicle 🚜 Insurance, Critical Insurance all work have to do overall 12 products we have to sale. And leaves issue it's not easy to take a leave in ICL.
