At times it was hard to handle the excessive pressure but was manageable. Also, to take leaves was really a tough job when it is genuinely needed and you have leave balance left.

No job security Heavy job pressure No (0) work life balance (10hrs shift plus frequent over time) Too much tele calling Horrible work culture No learning at all apart from sales Unsupportive seniors and TLs Less holidays Unhealthy work environment No incentives Poor client base and leads At the time of interview it was said that it's a advisory job but it's a pure sales job. It is suggested that only salesperson join this job. For company it is suggested to treat their employees as humans and value customers. They say that they have customer first policy, but all they care is about brokerage and product sales.

Only good if you just need a job and want to improve some sales skills otherwise go for another brokers like motilal oswal because in icici securities the main focus is on life insurance only so it's better to go to any bank if you can LI because banks will pay you more.

There is no appraisal your salary will increase only after promotion. Managers are not really good or knowledgeous.

... pays less but there's at least mental peace to an extent and work life balance. The only good thing at ICICI Securities is salary for freshers.

The culture and the bosses. Everyone cares about sales here. If you don't do sales, don't achieve targets then they would treat you like sh"t and take out your work life balance because you will be made to work for like 12 hours a day. Nobody cares except sales in this company.

I got this job through campus selection and I am glad that I was a part of such a big organisation.

...counts of customers and no travelling allowances was paid except Rs 1200/- only.Salary was okay.But the daily travelling in local trains up and down and to get stuck up in the traffic jams was tiresome.Ultimately I had to quit as the work pressure was too much was all the sides as I had too many officers to report.
