There is not have any work life balance, specially in group claims ,manager is not cooperative, for a single day sick leave also they asked like why did you inform previously.saturdays are working for partial employees.Hr &Sr Management is not supportive for employees they are at side of only managers.Promotion criteria is not basis of performance but on favourtism basis....hr will not assure that your conversation will be confidential & but each information gave to senior rather than to help out employees get more torture from manager.

If you secure good ratings the growth is good in terms of compensation Also if you have good manipulation and negotiation skills you will grow like anything

Dislikes

Slow paced follow up culture. Old-timers are difficult to deal with they do dot cooperate and you have to follow up multiple times to get things moving.

If you work here automatically your skill set will increase due to work pressure. Management is good. HR policies are good

Dislikes

... Life Balance. You will have to work on Saturdays and sometimes on Sundays also. According to workload compensation is low that's why you will feel less motivated to work.

There is no good salary hikes ,no promotion for consultant.Even managers donot encourage the consultants when they they want different responsibilities for the salary hike .there is no encouragnent...Also managers donot look to there team they are least bother and do not give any recognization

If you are looking for a job with higher job security then you can always work here on the cost of compromising your work-life balance. The company pays you well and gives adequate leaves and other allowances but all of it only when your manager agrees to it. They will give you chances to share your ideas, but again its execution won't happen because they like to proceed with their own way.

Dislikes

Compensation and other allowances are decent but growth is really slow. The Work culture is not so friendly, no boundaries between your professional-personal life and you can always be asked to work on holidays (national holidays too).
