There is absolutely no work life balance here. The boss / super boss everyone speaks in a very demotivating and degrading tone. It is very abusive and toxic. Unrealistic expectations and extremely abusive culture

...p good impression with your manager then it will help in your career growth too. Salary you will get in time and if you are eligible for incentives / bonous no one can stop. As team members and mangers are good and cooperative the work environment will also good . Yes, work life balance will got effected sone days due to pressure but you will not feel that if you enjoy you work.
