If you are looking for a job with higher job security then you can always work here on the cost of compromising your work-life balance. The company pays you well and gives adequate leaves and other allowances but all of it only when your manager agrees to it. They will give you chances to share your ideas, but again its execution won't happen because they like to proceed with their own way.

Dislikes

Compensation and other allowances are decent but growth is really slow. The Work culture is not so friendly, no boundaries between your professional-personal life and you can always be asked to work on holidays (national holidays too).

Major part of my work involves training the sales team on new/existing products and policies, along with creating and analyzing training coverage data. Towards month end, the work load gets higher and I am involved in back end issuance work as
