Everything, work culture is pathetic, salary is market minimum, work planning is pathetic as well most teams are just eating each others business, team leaders are lost when I comes to challenges, and the worst operations teams ever, if you are in sales you would wish you never worked. Dying a beggar is better than joining this place

No work life balance. You can hardly manage your personal and professional life here simultaneously. Upper Management treats like robot. Although your working days are Mon-Fri, but you have to work on weekends also unofficially otherwise you’ll be scolded by upper management. Some old VPs working here are annoying.

Only thing good is the brand name and time to time salary

Bad managers, no work life balance, we used to work late till 1am almost everyday. I had horrible manager and super manager. Too much of hierarchy and no one used to help or support. People were so arrogant that they would bully and not teach anything to the new joinees.

I had good co- workers with me. Friendly Team leader. That was the best part in my department.

...y. The TL and management will make your life hell. Even they call you on Sunday. With no extra pay.No work life balance at all.

Everything is worth from the top level to bottom level no one is supportive even HR's only listen to top level like your manager you are reporting to ... No appraisal no hike nothing specially for campus hire.. If you r fresher so definitely you will get 5 rating and no hike ,even you did too good in terms of business... No one will listen your point , top level is always right here
